The Elevate™ Program is a training program designed to prepare women for upcoming or new leadership opportunities within their organization.
Women in Mining British Columbia (WIM BC) is dedicated to advancing women in the mining industry and that’s why we’re partnering with Evoke Consulting to offer you a three-module certificate program, The Elevate™ Program. This highly interactive and informative program develops a wide range of skills necessary to develop your leadership. This program aims to transform leaders to feel confident, speak with certainty, and engage with a natural presence in every situation.
Whether you are just beginning your career, at the mid-level, or are a senior leader, you will gain new insight into how to be a more confident and inspiring leader. We will look into concepts such as overcoming imposter syndrome, getting to the point quickly, and presenting with an engaging presence. All modules are activity-based, so you’ll be able to apply what you learn immediately.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion for The Elevate™ Program at the end of this program. And most importantly, you will feel empowered and ready to take on the next phase of your career.
