Join us for a presentation by Dr. Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley, a 2023 recipient of the Women in Mining Canada Research Grant, as she shares her groundbreaking research on Activating Allies. Using a participatory research approach, this study brings together industry and academic researchers to implement recommendations aimed at transforming the workplace culture in Saskatchewan’s mining sector, making it more inclusive and welcoming for all employees.
With 20 years of experience in the mining industry and a strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), Dr. Peltier-Huntley is committed to driving positive change through research, facilitation, public speaking, and consulting.
