Welcome to the Women in Mining British Columbia (WIMBC) chapter, a vibrant pillar established in 2010, fostering diversity and inclusion within British Columbia’s mining sector. WIMBC and Women in Mining Canada (WIMC) share the common goal of advancing the interests of women in the minerals exploration and mining sector throughout the nation and beyond. Following closely on the heels of WIMC’s inception in 2009, WIMBC embodies the spirit of camaraderie and empowerment, echoing all WIM Chapter’s commitment to education, empowerment, and advocacy.
